Leeds Sands Maternity Services Feedback 

Leeds Sands has links with Leeds Hospitals Teaching Trust through the Healthcare Professional Support Group meetings which we host.

We also work in partnership with the commissioners of Maternity Services - NHS Leeds, and service providers such as NHS Leeds Community Healthcare and Leeds Hospital Teaching Trust through our membership of the Maternity Services Liaison Committee (MSLC).

These links provide us with an opportunity to feedback comments in order to :

1) Identify gaps in care with an aim to improve maternity services

2) Identify good practice and commend the service currently provided

Please note, this is NOT a complaints procedure. Leeds Sands can only feedback the comments, received and we can’t make any promises as to how these comments will be used or acted upon.

Leeds Sands are unable to assist individuals in making formal complaints. The aim is simply to obtain anecdotal evidence on how the Leeds maternity services are performing in terms of bereavement care.
